RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL
It is recommended that the City Council approve the parcel map on file with the City Clerk and accept, on behalf of the public, the easements and rights-of-way offered thereon, and approve the abandonment of the rights of way listed thereon.
| BACKGROUND
On April 26, 2018, the City Council approved the Minor Design Review Permit for the Junction Crossing Project, and the corresponding Tentative Subdivision map to allow merging and resubdivison of 11 parcels, totaling approximately 1.38 acres, into two parcels with right-of-way abandonments and dedications, located at 120 Pacific Street.
| FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact to the City's General Fund associated with this approval.

ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
The project was determined to be statutorily exempt from CEQA pursuant to PRC Sections 21155.4 (Sustainable Communities Strategy/Specific Plan), 21159.321 (Housing Project Exemptions), 21159.24 (Infill), and categorically exempt from CEQA pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15332 (In-fill Projects). The proposed activity is consistent with the project as approved by City Council, and no further CEQA review is required.
