RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL
Staff recommends that the City Council take the following actions:
1. Approve the final map on file with the City Clerk and accept on behalf of the public the public utility easements, and accept, subject to improvement, Lots C, D, E, F, G, & H and the public rights of way offered thereon, and approve the abandonment of the rights of way and easements listed thereon.
2. Adopt a resolution approving the Subdivision Agreement and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
| BACKGROUND
The Development Services Department, Engineering section, has reviewed the subject final map and found that it is in compliance with the Subdivision Map Act and the City's Subdivision Ordinance and all conditions of the tentative map have been met. This map will create 99 residential lots and 6 landscape lots.
| FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact to the City's General Fund associated with this approval.

ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
Approval of the Parcel F-55 final map is an action that is subject to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Project level CEQA compliance for the Parcel F-55 final map was accomplished with an addendum to the 2004 West Roseville Specific Plan EIR (SCH No. 2002082057) and the 2014 Fiddyment Ranch Specific Plan Amendment 3 Subsequent EIR (SCH No 2010082075). Because the Parcel F-55 final map is consistent with project evaluated in the west Roseville Specific Plan EIR as amended, no new effects would be expected to occur and all applicable mitigation measures from the West Roseville Specific Plan EIR will be implemented. As such, no additional CEQA action is required at this time.
