|RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL|
It is recommended that the City Council approve the final map on file with the City Clerk and accept on behalf of the public, the public utility easements offered thereon, and accept subject to improvement, Lot A and all rights of way offered thereon, and adopt a resolution approving the Subdivision Agreement and authorizing the City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
The Development Services Department, Engineering Division, has reviewed the subject final map and found that it is in compliance with the Subdivision Map Act and the City's Subdivision Ordinance and all conditions of the tentative map have been met. This map will create 49 residential lots and 1 landscape lot.
There is no fiscal impact to the City's General Fund associated with this approval.
Approval of the Campus Oaks CO-2 Subdivision final map is an action that is subject to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Project level CEQA compliance for the Campus Oaks CO-2 Subdivision final map was accomplished with an Addendum to the Hewlett-Packard Master Plan Environmental Impact Report (HPMP EIR) which was prepared as part of the analysis for the Campus Oaks Master Plan project (Hewlett-Packard Campus Oaks Addendum), approved by City Council on August 5, 2015. Because the Campus Oaks CO-2 Subdivision final map is consistent with the project evaluated in the Hewlett-Packard Master Plan EIR and the Addendum, no new effects would be expected to occur and all applicable mitigation measures from the Hewlett-Packard Master Plan EIR and the Addendum will be implemented. As such, no additional CEQA action is required at this time.
