ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
Approval of the Campus Oaks CO-2 Subdivision final map is an action that is subject to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Project level CEQA compliance for the Campus Oaks CO-2 Subdivision final map was accomplished with an Addendum to the Hewlett-Packard Master Plan Environmental Impact Report (HPMP EIR) which was prepared as part of the analysis for the Campus Oaks Master Plan project (Hewlett-Packard Campus Oaks Addendum), approved by City Council on August 5, 2015. Because the Campus Oaks CO-2 Subdivision final map is consistent with the project evaluated in the Hewlett-Packard Master Plan EIR and the Addendum, no new effects would be expected to occur and all applicable mitigation measures from the Hewlett-Packard Master Plan EIR and the Addendum will be implemented. As such, no additional CEQA action is required at this time.
