ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
Approval of the Creekview - Phase 3 Village 5 final map is an action that is subject to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Project level CEQA compliance for the Creekview - Phase 3 Village 5 final map was accomplished with the preparation of the Creekview Specific Plan EIR (Adopted in April 2011) (SCH#2008032017) and the Addendum to the Creekview Specific Plan EIR approved by the City of Roseville on October 23, 2019. Because the Creekview - Phase 3 Village 5 final map is consistent with the project evaluated in the Creekview Specific Plan EIR and the Addendum, no new effects would be expected to occur and all applicable mitigation measures from the Creekview Specific Plan EIR and the Addendum will be implemented. As such, no additional CEQA action is required at this time.
