BACKGROUND
This attached report provides a high-level summary of the City's financial position through the third quarter of FY2021-22 for (1) the General Fund, (2) the enterprise operating funds, and (3) revenues in other selected funds. The attached report is provided pursuant to the Budget Control section of the City Charter (Section 7.15 Budget Control).

This item is a financial update only and has no fiscal impact.

ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
The California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) does not apply to activities that will not result in a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment, or is otherwise not considered a project as defined by CEQA Statute §21065 and CEQA State Guidelines §15060(c)(3) and §15378. Financial updates meet the above criteria and are not subject to CEQA. No additional environmental review is required.
