RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL
It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:
1. Approve the final map on file with the City Clerk and accept on behalf of the public the public utility easements offered thereon, and accept subject to improvement, Lot A and the rights of way offered thereon.
2. Adopt a resolution approving the Subdivision Agreement and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.

BACKGROUND
The Development Services Department, Engineering Division, has reviewed the subject final map and found that it is in compliance with the Subdivision Map Act and the City's Subdivision Ordinance and all conditions of the tentative map have been met. This map will create 70 residential lots and 1 public landscape lot.

FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact to the City's General Fund associated with this approval.

ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
Approval of the Campus Oaks CO-07 final map is an action that is subject to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Project level CEQA compliance for the Campus Oaks CO-07 final map was accomplished with the preparation of an Addendum to the Hewlett-Packard Master Plan Environmental Impact Report (HPMP EIR) as part of the analysis for the Campus Oaks Master Plan project (Hewlett-Packard Campus Oaks Addendum), which was approved by City Council on August 5, 2015. Because the Campus Oaks CO-07 final map is consistent with project evaluated in the Hewlett-Packard Campus Oaks Addendum, no new effects would be expected to occur and all applicable mitigation measures identified in the Addendum to the HPMP will be implemented. As such, no additional CEQA action is required at this time.
