RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL
It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:
1. Approve the parcel map on file with the City Clerk and accept on behalf of the public the easements offered thereon,
and approve the abandonment of the easements listed thereon.

BACKGROUND
The Development Services - Engineering section has reviewed the subject parcel map and found that it is in compliance with the Subdivision Map Act and the City's Subdivision Ordinance and all conditions of the tentative map have been met.
This map will be creating four industrial parcels.

FISCAL IMPACT
No fiscal impact to the General Fund.

ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
The project consists of a minor land division resulting in four parcels in an urbanized area zoned for industrial purposes; therefore, the project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15315, and Section 305 of the City’s CEQA Implementing Procedures.
