RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL
It is recommended that the City Council approve the parcel map on file with the City Clerk and accept, on behalf of the public, the electrical easement and rights-of-way offered thereon.

BACKGROUND
The Development Services - Engineering Division has reviewed the subject parcel map and found that it is in compliance with the Subdivision Map Act and the City's Subdivision Ordinance and all conditions of the tentative map have been met.
This map will be creating 7 parcels.

FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact to the City's General Fund associated with this approval.

ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
Project level CEQA compliance for the Parcel Map of Cokeva project was accomplished with preparation of Hewlett-Packard Master Plan EIR, certified by City Council on June 5, 1996 (SCH# 95112022). Because the proposed project is consistent with the project evaluated in the Hewlett-Packard Master Plan EIR, no new effects would be expected to occur and all applicable mitigation measures from the Hewlett-Packard Master Plan EIR will be implemented. As such, no additional CEQA action is required at this time.
