REQUEST

The applicant requests approval of the Third Amendment to the Westpark Federico Development Agreement for the Sierra Vista Specific Plan area to revise sections relating to development fees.

RECOMMENDATION

The Planning Division recommends that the Planning Commission take the following actions:

REQUEST

The applicant requests approval of a Minor Design Review Permit, Tentative Subdivision Map, and a Tree Permit to allow construction of a high-density multi-family residential project consisting of 18 dwelling units located on eighteen residential lots and one common lot.  Two native oak trees are proposed for removal.

RECOMMENDATION

The Planning Division recommends that the Planning Commission take the following actions:

  1. Consider the Addendum to the Downtown Roseville Specific Plan EIR,

  2. Adopt the two (2) findings of fact and approve the Minor Design Review Permit subject to seventy-two (72) conditions of approval.

  3. Adopt the three (3) findings of fact and approve the Tentative Subdivision Map subject to fifty-six (56) conditions of approval.

  4. Adopt the two (2) findings of fact and approve the Tree Permit subject to twenty (20) conditions of approval.
