RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL
Appoint (2) two individuals to the Senior Commission with a term ending December 31, 2022 from the following (2) two individuals who submitted an application for consideration: Tania Rain, and Nicole Zamora.

BACKGROUND
There are currently (3) three vacancies on the Senior Commission. Gary Egan resigned creating an unscheduled vacancy, Marlene Cristanelli reached the two consecutive terms limit, and Cyndee Reed did not reapply.

ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
The California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) does not apply to activities that will not result in a direct or reasonable foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment (CEQA Guidelines §15061(b)(3). The appointment of members does not include the potential for a significant environmental effect, and therefore is not subject to CEQA.
