RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL
Staff recommends that the City Council receive a financial update presentation.

BACKGROUND
Given the fiscal uncertainty resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, staff will provide Council with financial updates on topics including sales tax revenue, the City's pension and retiree health long-term liabilities and other context for the proposed 2020-21 budget.
