RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL
Staff recommends that the City Council take the following actions:
- Approve the final map on file with the City Clerk and accept on behalf of the public the public utility easements, and accept, subject to improvement, Lots A, B, C, D, & E and the rights of way offered thereon; and
- Adopt a resolution approving the Subdivision Agreement and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.

ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
Project level CEQA compliance for the Fiddyment Ranch Phase 3 Village F-10 Phase 2 final map was accomplished with the preparation of the West Roseville Specific Plan EIR (SCH# 2002082057, adopted by the City Council on February 4, 2004) and the Fiddyment Ranch Specific Plan Amendment 3 Subsequent EIR (SCH# 2010082075, adopted by the City Council on April 16, 2014). Because the Fiddyment Ranch Phase 3 Village F-10 Phase 2 final map is consistent with the project evaluated in the West Roseville Specific Plan EIR and the Fiddyment Ranch Specific Plan Amendment 3, no new effects would be expected to occur and all applicable mitigation measures from the West Roseville Specific Plan EIR and Fiddyment Ranch Specific Plan Amendment 3 will be implemented. As such, no additional CEQA action is required at this time.
